OK, this was frustrating... but the first pic is the actual city, the three pictures of people have to do with the person's name, not with their job description or what they're holding.
I think those hints are vague enough but correct eh?

It's not Jordan McKay and Al Ponticello...lol... I get that it's a palindrome, but I'm having a hard time getting it all to put together.
Post and solve. Look up "Palindrome a man" in google and you'll get the answer. Sheesh. Good puzzle, but very tough.
