9th! Very cute. I was trying to fit the word "stud" in there from the middle picture. When the answer clicked, I just sat here and laughed at myself.

[11] Yeah, this is the first time I'm seeing this puzzle. But if I were a Mod, I'd probably unfeature it or kick it back with a suggested revision, partly for that exact reason.
"Muddy" images are by far the biggest mistake (well, "mistake" in my opinion) that people make in Cryptopii.
The cleaner and simpler the image, the better. Your clue's signal-to-noise ratio should be whatever-to-ZERO. The puzzle should be putting the words together, not trying to stumble over what words the images represent.
That said, this one wasn't bad, really, especially since the 1st and 3rd images were pretty clear... but even that first one could be PRIEST et al, which is all the more reason the other two images should completely "clean."
