Uhh, I have never heard of that word; apparently, neither has Merriam-Webster. Google doesn't help either, unless it's an acronym for something. Hmmm...

If you search for "definition > [answer]" on Live Search, you'll find the definition as the 3rd entry.

This reminds me of a joke I just made up.

As two golfers at a seaside resort reached the third hole tee box , one of the golfers mistakenly placed his tee in the ground out of turn. The other golfer plucked the tee out of the sod, and asked his buddy "When is a tee not a tee?" He tossed it into the ocean, and exclaimed "When it's ____!"
