ah man... when i was googling for random answers, i looked for clog and this came up. and I was like that can't be right, but hark, i was wrong for the 999th time tonight. Don't want to reach 1000, so i won't even go for the other puzzles

Wikipedia is my friend. Only way to get it is to look at the background image. And don't forget to leave out the comma, too.

use the apostrophe, not the comma, and use the question mark.
I cut 'n' paste from wikipeda three times before it took.

edit: Apparently, some people had problem viewing this puzzle and the hard OWW last night - and the assumption was that it was due to it being in the .png format. I'll ask them to verify today that there is still an issue and if so, I'll follow up with the mods/admin.

[21] I thought the png problem only pertained to the hypercross files. My OWW and Cryptos are almost always png and I've never seen a comment complaining not being able to see the image (plenty of complaints about everything else though) :)

[22] I was asked last night to check on the file format by someone who can't open the hyper clues when they are .png - they said they couldn't open this puzzle or the Hard OWW, could only see the thumbnails, so I'm not exactly certain what happened.
