Kinda obscure clueing. "Missing" is not part of the answer in any form. Neither is "paper boat" nor "not". Use what's left.

what's the difference between the two sides of the paper boat pic? if you think the left side looks like it's raining ignore that. your clue is the background of the right side. tg me if you need more.

You solved this puzzle in 19 seconds and were the 50th Tanga member to solve it

poor cluing in my opinion.....probably because it looks like a weather problem
