The answer is spelled the only way that I've ever seen this phrase spelled. When the phrase is broken down into individual words, those words are spelled differently. But together: this is how it's spelled.

Nice puzzle CWarrior. This is the only spelling I have seen for this, so it was easy to spell once I figured it out.
A little clue on the artist might help.

To those complaining, that's how it's spelt. (Google misspellings, notwithstanding-remember Google is NOT a spellcheck)
I got it first try, once I gave up spelling it HORNY.
Just in case anybody wonders about, I'm going through solving some of the old one's. I found Tanga recently (2010). And going back through.
I really liked this one.
