Wow ... I've never noticed that arrow before! Don't think I've ever scrolled that far down.
I always wondered why that arrow down there appeared to be pointing at a horse apple. The first time I saw it, I figured maybe you had to click on it, but obviously that doesn't work. It's a very odd little piece of web design...

"Broken" puzzle alert: Apparently there used to be an arrow at the bottom of the page that pointed to the "Current Deal" of the day. Without that information, the puzzle doesn't make sense. I got it anyway by guessing from the comments. Good luck.
