[10] The idea came out of a running gag with a coworker who flirted with me by saying he wanted to take me to a certain city, but remaining stateside.
From that alone, I concocted this puzzle. I don't doubt there are/were similar ones though. If you know of one in particular, I'd appreciate a link. =)
