I think I have all the peices but can't make any sense out of them. How many words in the answer or is that too much salt?

Thank God I finally looked at the solution. I had all the pieces correct and still recognized nothing and still don't looking at the answer.

Hmmm, only 9 days to solve. A little obscure, isn't it?

I am well-acquainted with the answer but still didn't solve the puzzle because I thought the first clue was something different .....there are so many better photos of that object....too bad....because actually, the rest of it is clued really well...but when one is sounding it out using an incorrect word to start....really difficult.
