OMG, that horse always cracks me up!
I just saw that movie this weekend ! BTW -- these points brought me over 10000 !! I rule ! (not really...)
You solved this puzzle in 56 seconds and were the 4th Tanga member to solve it. You earned 107 points for solving this.
YIPPEEEE
Classic movie!
Bah....never was a fan of this movie.
Mars University?
the face is throwing me off big time, no clue on who it is.
General question: Whats the best way to solve one of these if you don't recognize an element? :T Maybe I'm over complicating the face...
Food fight!!!!!
[7] General answer: Google is your friend.....then Wikipedia, then IMDB.
Google the words you see everywhere in the puzzle...in this case, the author's name listed on the book, and then the words on the coffee mug.
When you get the one word from the book, and the one missing word from the mug, google those two words together to see the answer.......looking at tonight's puzzle blog, you might want to add the word "movie" to this last google search. The answers sometimes are not the topmost google "hit", but they are almost always on the first google page of links.
(When you come late to the puzzle, it helps to also google some of the people's odd phrases in the blog to gain some additional help)
It helps for me to have two browser windows open, one for tanga, and the other for Google/Wikipedia so I can see and use them both at the same time. It also helps to have a piece of paper with the alphabet and numbers on it for quick reference....1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D.....
Also, have a blank sheet of paper and a pencil handy for those wonderfully crafty One-Word-Wonders.....although tonight, you'll probably need something to add and subtract numbers quickly.
stuck on the mug
The face is just a hint. Not really needed to solve.
[10] It's another "P" word.....the right google search should reveal it.
A little advanced Google-Fu:
Use double quotes for a string of consecutive text. The words "and", "the", and "or" are usually too common and are thrown out by google, unless you quote them.
For the mug in this puzzle, you might want to google this: "parole and" officer
The answer is not given in the topmost hit of the page, but it is nearby.
[8] that did it for me. thanks.
Thank you, Mad_Dogg710, may I have another?
Hope you guys liked it. This was my first puzzle!
Thanks for the hints everyone! I feel like I'm close to my yellow belt in google-fu.

awesome puzzle- I didn't get it. I might have, but the picture of Dean Wormer was too light for me to recognize. Ah well, cool nonetheless.
