same here [2] and [3]....hmmmm
[2] and [5] and now missing because it was too salty [3]: keep doing what you've been doing...and then expand
[6] afraid that salt went over my head, no clue how to "expand"
Finally figured it out.
[7] take your step 1 answer, and do what you did before. Then read it forward.
I have the answer to the quiz, but I can't seem to get it right.
I take that back.
Be sure you do with what you have the same as you did with the rest. Then remember you need to face in the right direction
hmmm
nicely done
I really enjoyed that puzzle...very elegant
Edit:
For those of you looking for Salt (aka Sodium Chloride...or should I say NaCl)
Re-read the instructions at the top a little more closely.
There is math, but oddly enough you'll need no numbers.
I liked this puzzle, and I've been trying since last night to rate it. But I've been unable to. Does anyone understand why the Ratings don't work at times?
Very clever, but the last step is, IMHO, not fair.
Felt clever only for a moment...no idea how to finish this puzzle :-(
I feel the same way. I have the math, but can't get the one word answer.
Wow, that was hard to figure out.
I couldn't understand why the top 4 lines were added up to equal '2'. After looking at the solution, apparently the 4th line should be divided by the 5th line, and that results should be 'added' with the other lines. Too bad... that would have been a good one.
That was a great puzzle... once I figured it out. Only took a day and a half!
Love it.

Very nice, this one!
