Pay close attention to the first picture! No need to make the other pictures more difficult then they appear. Very nice puzzle!!!!

They highlighted the wrong string. Unless of course they are left handed.

Uh... no they didn't. I play violin professionally. Maybe you're thinking bass strings, which are strung in reverse compared to violin?

Great puzzle. Loved the first clue. And it was not the wrong string. Violins are stringed in reverse from most stringed instruments.
