First line seems easy, feeling foolish regarding the '+' part. Does this by any chance require specialized technical knowledge?

the first part is obviously 'any sex change?' but not sure where to go from there, other than 'NO', lol.

Thanks for the latest clues, got it.

Although incorrect, I still think 'any sex change' fits for the first stage of a puzzle. First part (soft 'C') + exchange = any sex change, lol.
