Nicely clued puzzle bfogartyjr but your $ will go further & to those who really need it if donated to CARE, Concern, Save the Children Fund, Catholic Relief Services, etc. rather than your puzzle answer IMHO and research. Of course I'm one of those - GET THE US OUT OF THE UN - yes one of those! No to CFR, no to NWO, etc. but I love TANGA! :)
