i had to say it over and over out loud to get it. Very good puzzle!
I solved it once I stoped trying to count on the second clue.
Had the first part, but couldn't figure how a "Chill Pill" played into it. Something more generic would have worked better for the last clue.

I don't believe the middle clue plural is correct, perhaps fencing instruments would have been more accurate...

[21] Technically you are right. Funny thing is, I had it from just the last clue. I couldn't think of anything else that would end in that sound and then the answer came and I just glanced at the others briefly to see if they could fit in. Still wasn't sure if they would when I tried my answer anyway and it worked.
