What in the heck is that in the second pic?
[1] It's a brain cell.... but I still haven't solved it.
I was Vth, but I should have been Xth...if you use your cranial abilities you should be able to solve....
edit: and the "las" should not have been blacked out....that may be what kept it from being featured...

a mistake in what was blacked out in the 1st clue and a font much too small to read in the 2nd. Is there a way to rate this 0 stars for fun?. [5]'s answer gets 5 stars!
I'm too old to even try and make out the words, on the second pic, so not even going to try this one.
Had the author left the Las in place in the first picture I would have got this a lot sooner :(

It takes me 12 hours and I'm still int he top 100? It's all because Google will correct misspellings. To be honest, I've never heard of the answer before.
The only thing wrong with this one was what [3] said in the edit. After that, it was pretty straight forward.
And it is not JUST a cell, it is a specific type...
Would have gotten this sooner if I could type what I read. Next time: copy & paste. tineye.com works for figuring out what the second pic is.
