[20], [23] and others. This wasn't a term I was familiar with. So if you have something that you think fits the puzzle, be sure to google it and the correct answer/ spelling might show up. It worked for me.
I couldn't sound it out either (20), but I typed what I heard into google and got it that way. The begginning letter is not what you think.
Not having any luck with the second image and on too much medicine for a painful kidney stone to figure it out. Rats.
I got Google-tripped. Wasn't familiar with this - and found at least 4 erroneous spellings. (KISS...)

If you think you know the title of the book just from the picture, then you might want to Google it... I got stuck on this puzzle for quite a while by thinking it had something to do with his shell not looking right.
I was just listening to an episode of This American Life and this was the title of the segment!
why is it that whenever i submit a puzzle, they tell me to change some of the references so americans can understand them, but they don't do it the other way round. makes Tanga SO much harder, especially since the pics are always too small to google anything from them. If I don't know it straight away i'm never going to know it without a little help.
