Perhaps this was unfeatured because of its non-standard use of the universal no symbol, which in standard use is interpreted as "no", as in "no parking", "no left turn", etc.
It's the obvious use of the universal no symbol, considering the rest of the puzzle.

"non-standard" is a good thing in puzzles. That's what makes them puzzles.
