You solved this puzzle in 22 hours, 19 minutes and 6 seconds and were the 243rd Tanga member to solve it. Came back hours later and finally got it.
[4][6] You guys are right but you are missing the point. Cryptos aren't supposed to be about being obvious enough that people can fill in what the author left out. All pieces of the answer are supposed to be clued. The solution text leads me to believe that maybe it used to look different? (What's the '<3> mean?)
That said, I enjoyed the puzzle and it was a nice first submission.
