Once during Black History month years ago, I saw "The Meeting" a one-act play by Jeff Stetson on our local PBS station. It was about a clandestine imaginary meeting between Dr. King & Malcolm X which "occurred" shortly before Malcolm X's assassination. If I remember right, it was black & white & riveting. Edit: About the guy on the top right-- I thought he was looking at his feet the way pregnant women wish they could look at their feet. So I'm thinking he's saying to himself, "Boy am I happy I'm not pregnant". Unfortunately, that didn't help me solve the puzzle.
