[3]Yes, guessable, but I did it the hard way!

  7. FilePumpkinBigSlick on Thu Apr 10, 2008 07:57 PM

[4] I must be a moron then, 'cause I am getting gibberish!

  8. FileRadishvandy on Thu Apr 10, 2008 07:57 PM

The engineer in me wanted to leave everything in threes, like octal. Don't.

  9. 188227_100Rocketmaluba on Thu Apr 10, 2008 07:57 PM

i almost didn't recognize the telegraph key since it's properly oriented. ;)

[8] Thanks vandy! That was obviously my problem too! I am used to doing it that same way.

Any way to divide these up if they are not in 3s

  12. FractalEggdduensing on Thu Apr 10, 2008 08:41 PM

[11] yes, but you may want to look at the 3 bottom pictures first....it helped me switch from the octal method to something else

  13. FileClockmust67 on Thu Apr 10, 2008 08:44 PM

I got the change from 1 and zero to the appropriate form for "decoding" But does not give me a hint except there are 3 pictues which puts me back to threes

BAH! I kept trying to include the leading zeros... You wind up with gibberish that way.

  15. LadybugAppleDocbug on Thu Apr 10, 2008 11:00 PM

Ack -- thanks [14], that did it for me.

Nice. I wish I'd have thought of this last night. Pretty straight-forward translations. It's just harder to see at night :-)

  17. Avatar_profileStrawberryLadyNigelia on Fri Apr 11, 2008 04:39 PM

Ugh. I've come up with a word, leaving off the leading zeros and using the bottom pictures. It's not taking it. Is there another step I'm missing?
