The game is Breakout. If are not familiar with the game, then solving will be very tough.
Kinda cute. I think someone who can generally see what's going on in the game could figure out the puzzle without ever having played.

Hmmm. Maybe too much breakout has clouded my thinking? I see a few different ways to go with this one and nothing seems to work.

[5] [9] Methinks you've run afoul of red herrings. Think about the basics of the game.
Try opening paint and taking another look. This has been a popular solve method the last few days. I liked it, new.
[14] Hm. Well, I'm trying something like that, and I'm getting one letter to fall out, but given how the rest of it looks, it's not recognizable and I may need my artistic license revoked.
