Hey (3), I agree, but I was saying ox and ox kit with my ears plugged got me there. I was surprised to see the naughty version....

[3] [4] Thanks, was able to get it with your help.

[5] That's not even close to an ox! An ox is a type of bovine (cow).

[3] i decided the answer was too obvious and was trying burro kit....

This might just be the best clued crypto i've seen in awhile! Very, very nice.

[3][5]This is a family site, I am sure, but that does not mean that the English or American English language won't be used. I mean, some of the words you take for granted as being clean and unoffensive are actually rude or dirty to English speakers from other countries. Heaven forbid you go to England and ask for a cigarette. Or see if you get a snicker from a Brit in a hair salon when asked how they like their bangs!

I am happy to report that I solved this puzzle without getting wet!

Never heard this specialization of the course but liked the clues.

  13. Avatar_profileGrapesNovaglarion on Jul 15, 2011 05:18 AM

[10] uh... might be a little too much there.

  14. Avatar_profileAppledaddio29 on Jul 15, 2011 06:00 AM

    [10] way too much salt

although it did help me get the first clue (it looked like a candy wrapper to me)

  15. Sherman109Plumtina20 on Jul 15, 2011 07:02 AM

You solved this puzzle in 6 seconds

[10] Ya don't post the answers!

  16. 100_1703Eggsonjahi on Jul 15, 2011 07:07 AM

[15] You are an STU which means you have the power to flag comments. If enough people flag it (as I have), it will go away, which is what needs to happen with comments like that... rather than everyone drawing attention to it. :)

  17. Dsc01278Applejaneabr on Jul 15, 2011 07:09 AM

I'm surprised [10] is still on the site but it was nice to actually take advantage of too much salt, instead of reading how everyone else used it.

  18. 100_1703Eggsonjahi on Jul 15, 2011 07:19 AM

[18] It was posted late enough that there weren't enough people around to flag it. Comments like that always surprise me. I guess the answer tugs at a memory and the person wants to share that memory and doesn't realize how much they've just given away.

  19. SlideuleSailboatDaSaintFan on Jul 15, 2011 10:06 AM

you never heard that [13] ? It's a running joke among college football fans... if there was a student player who wasn't doing to well, the joke is, they just needed to take one class of "insert Answer here""

  20. Avatar_profileAppledaddio29 on Jul 15, 2011 10:57 AM

[17] Thanks for the info. I didn't know that I had hit the STU level (didn't know such a thing even existed), or that there were powers that came with it.

  21. Tanga_profile_photoEggWhiteKnight85 on Jul 15, 2011 11:18 AM

[21] Just be sure to use your new powers for Good and not Evil.

  22. 100_1703Eggsonjahi on Jul 15, 2011 11:37 AM

[22] LOL! Yes, [21], you also picked up two more picks in the bottom feeder and lower prices for stuff being sold. Enjoy! ;)

(For the longest time, I didn't know that only STUs could flag and would argue with someone not yet there that they should flag a comment they didn't like and they would insist they couldn't and I thought they were crazy. It wasn't until that person gained that ability and explained it to me that I got it sorted out for me.)
