I had trouble with the 2nd clue, but fortunately I was able to get it from the rest of them.

[1], I remember that 2nd pic (or one just like it) from another puzzle; hated it then, and had I not figured it out from the other clues I would have hated it again! It's not dune, sand or desert

Wish there was some indication to use a nickname on the second to last clue.
Took me a day and half to get this. It would have been easier if I hadn't kept trying to fit "sand" into the phrase, which is what I thought the second picture was :(
that 2nd picture didnt really look like the clue it was supposed to represent .. I was in a completely different hemisphere ...
