I think the 4th image is a test to see who has actually installed one of those things. My first thought was "dumbbell". But man, that little eye piece in the middle, had me realizing it wasn't that easy. I thought it was the weirdest telescope I've ever seen. But then, aha! I too have experience installing them so I knew what it was.
