I really enjoyed the cluing on this one, thanks for making it!
I got it right away, but kept tripping myself up on the exact phrasing. :( Nicely put together Sonjahi!
Never heard this one before - thanks google.
Bummer , had trouble typing it in on the phone so just missed under 100 even though I had it quicker.
Good puzzle!
Never heard of it.
Well, I learned that the crest on that drinking vessel is the Samson Family crest, but I guess I didn't really need to look that up to solve the puzzle.
Fun one! (did have to google it to solve fast)
[8] I say "fun one".... why you no thank me too??..... mean.
Nice puzzle sonjahi!!
Woo Hoo Tanga!!! The puzzle loaded tonight!
Yeah, yeah, I know guys. Most of you haven't heard of it. But I was really having fun with those first two images and then I heard this song and like this line, and well, then the rest of it turned out to be fun to clue too. :)
Thanks [1][2][4][7]!
Never heard of it either, but didn't matter. Nice puzzle!
Well, I've certainly heard of the last 6 words of this phrase, except that after the 6th-to-last word I insert the first two words of this puzzle (sorry if I'm confusing y'all).
Never heard of the first part -- I read it and thought, "that's a terrible thing to say about your son!" Then I read the solution notes; I'm relieved!
Well, I never heard of it either, but it was easy to get from the clues (great clues, by the way). Great puzzle when the clues give you the solve even on a phrase you've never heard. Good job!!
People who enjoy or remember old movies may know about a 1959 movie whose title is very similar to the last line of clues here. I was a child then and still remember the phrase although I have no idea what the movie was about. I'm sure it's very G-rated and appropriate for today's families.
I'm wondering how some of the straight women and gay men here would insert for the last line of images. Does anyone care to comment? root Canal?
This cluing was amazing. When I come across a long cryptopix I just write it out phonetically in one big long unbroken word. Then I pronounce it. This one came out word perfect.
Okay, I had the puzzle until the last line and couldn't get past the microphone. Finally the phrase hit me from memory and then I saw you have to shorten the word. Things like that throw me off everytime.
