Uh, am I missing something? The answer is listed repeatedly in the solution/notes, with the implication that there are variations, but most of them look the same (except for -ing / -in' variation).
[13] You're not missing anything. The Wikipedia page mentioned in the solution notes has the information you're looking for; the solution notes themselves do not.
