Took me a while, but I figured it out. And WITHOUT being familiar with the source, too.
World's Finest City!
Tricky, and I had to look up the 4th pic.
Couldn't figure this out, went to OWW and solved it, came back and still made 75th. I was calling the sauce Presto. After I got that right, I figured it out. Still hadn't gotten the first dog clue. It just didn't click that all that was wanted was the name. All the text made me think something like "warning" or "help" was needed.
Never heard of it. Walking around the house I was saying it aloud then it hit me. Nice phonetics, Philana!
I know the answer but apparently I'm typing it wrong or something. Don't know what the lamb/sheep has to do with anything.
[6] that's a lady sheep
Please pass the salt. Got the city, can't get first part.
Good gravy. Never heard this before.
Hooked on phonics worked for me.
Never saw the source. Thanks google!
It's potato time!
Thank you Philana!
This was very nicely done. First time I've had to break out a pencil on a crypto in a long time! Got the last two words and then went back and pieced out the rest. I hadn't heard of it either but once I worked it out, I just knew it had to be right.
I'm trapped in a glass case of emotion.
When in Rome...
You solved this puzzle in 2 hours, 34 minutes and 53 seconds and were the 276th Tanga member to solve it. You earned 10 points for solving this. Well that was easy...LOL
First part got me baffled too. Second part is easy.
Wow...finally got it but it took a while. Never heard that phrase before.
Oh Mr. Burgundy.
Wahoo! I did it! I'm a friggin genius.
Lamb shoulda had a pink bow. I think I've seen that done before. I had the first part partly right, but then decided that it was supposed to be mutton. (It probably doesn't look like mutton, but I'm a vegetarian so I don't now my meats!)

Agreed, [5]. Phonetics were perfect.
