Oh yeah! This is my kind of puzzle!!
Woot! First top 100 since before the site opened up!
I had to say this out loud several times before it sunk in....
Wow, took me 6 minutes and still made it under 100.
So true!
Just got back from a funeral service.....as some say 'only the good die young'.
:(
You Catholic girls start much too late!
You solved this puzzle in 3 minutes and 3 seconds and were the 265th Tanga member to solve it.
Wish I would have come here sooner!
You know what they say..... sooner or later it comes down to fate! LOL.
wow this would have been much easier if I had actually read the 4th clue and saw that taste was already in the list!
we sure are :)
[9] LOL - me too! :)
[9] same here, and the T is left out!! UGH!
[9] [11] [12] Me too. It's an epidemic lol! I was also slowed up a bit by the loose phonetics of the last syllable. Surprised that no one else has mentioned that (or am I the only one for whom that was a bit of a stretch?)
[13] Hmmm, according to all the dictionaries I checked, the sounds of the last image and the sounds of the end of the answer are identical!
any clues?
[14] Since I'm no expert on the matter I took a lesson from you and checked three different online pronunciation sites for verification before posting above and all three sound different from intended, at least to my ear : ). Btw, I almost didn't even mention it because of the coincidental timing; this coming so soon after your question about the pronunciation of my last Saturdays OWW answer. I didn't want to open the possibility of you misinterpreting it as 'retaliation', which it certainly is not lol!
Edit: after further research I withdraw my question about the phonetics of the last syllable of the puzzle. Apparently it is only me : ).
[9] I did the same thing.
