The last of the Halloween leftovers.
(I adore the elegance of this puzzle, btw, and would have totally made this the Oct 31 OWW had its answer been more Halloween-y. But sometimes you just gotta go where the puzzle takes you.)
[1] Agree with the elegance of the puzzle. Very nice.
The last of Halloween puzzle? Nooooooo... good puzzle to end with.
Oops. This is OWW, not TWW. Lost time on the do-over.
Excellent
Very nice, although I had to look it up. :/
Maybe I should have done this before the hyper - but for some reason this wouldn't load and the hyper would. Sometimes you have to go where the tanga servers take you.
I was stuck on some classical station in Boston before switching over to country.
notREALLY one word answer,,,but the answer REQUIRES one word - the LAST word.
Duh! *smacks head* That is NOT a racetrack!!! grrrr.
Nice puzzle....but I got home a half hour late.
Didn't like the last clue. Should have a missing picture on it to make it more visible.
Really enjoyed this one!
this just flowed nicely I'm afraid she and the singer on hypercross are lost on my kids generation
Beautiful clueing!
it was good
OMG! I feel so stupid! I was trying letters, all sorts of things. Making it much too hard! Nice puzzle!
[4] Me, too. Duh.
[12] I had trouble making out what that was at first too, but, come on, she had to use Halloween costumes for this to work. How many images of kids in THAT kind of costume could there be? lol You *can* make out the word MISSING without too much trouble and the idea behind the costume appears to be that the kid whose face is poking out of the costume is the missing child.
Looks like this is easy, but I'm not getting it. I think I have words for each of the pictures. Salt/TG please.
[21] Just say what you have, and answer the question.
[22] - Thanks. Can I TG you what I have. Thanks.
[23] Sure
Thank You [23]. Wouldn't have got the last clue without your help. Kept trying MISSING.
had to look this one up!
Agree with the others, cute & elegant!
Cute, clever, fun!
You solved this puzzle in 4 seconds
Great clues... nice flow!
The first one I've ever gotten, and so easy! (Once I figured out which of the two words they really wanted.)
excuse me, but Dale Evans should be correct.
