I have a vague idea what to do and where to start, but vagueness needs to coalesce before I can solve this!
I apologize that there won't be any hints for this puzzle -- I submitted it before they started with the hints thing and can't figure out how to edit that.
[7] It starts at 1:05. I wonder what might be special about the time 1:05 that isn't special about 1:06 or 1:04. Something that might not be apparent in a digital world.
i had to peek, read the solution, and i STILL can't figure out how this is supposed to work.

Did you actually make these posters and take a picture or did you create this in a graphics program? Either way, nicely done.
[10] I created the center poster, found a bulletin board at the local university, put it there, and took a picture.
