Finally got it. Very slick!

So after I have a lot of gibberish that doesn't even anagram, what am I supposed to do? I can't look up gibberish.

You don't need an anagram but you need to look at it differently

I found the hidden message easily enough, but don't really know how to go from there ...

Very cool, although the hint for the last step seems to be a bit of a stretch.

[21] Sure, but an anagram solver will do just as well.

I would have looked right past the hidden message if I hadn't read the comments! The last step can make you think you aren't doing things right when you're halfway through the puzzle, which can be kind of frustrating - but I guess it prevents guessing the answer when you're halfway through as well.
