coming in at #5...26 balconies definitely means something, but I converted them wrong the first time...and this puzzle really is a bad joke

It goes across.... just to save some time.. other than that it's the only way to do the puzzle really. Keep thinking! .... once you decode it, remember it's a murdoctor puzzle! There's a twist at the end.

The building is on fire... here are six buckets to help put out the fire. It puts the letters in the buckets... (I haven't seen that movie and hearing that still creeps me out)
