Lived in London, Ohio for 18 months when I was a toddler.
Oh, you mean that London. Lived there for 3 months when I was in college.

Yes, and we would go back in a heartbeat! Free museums that take DAYS, lovely parks, fantastic transportation, good food, nice people, superb shopping, able to go to other fantastic places from there.... Sigh...

(I know it's "just a city" to those who've been living there for a long time. We just want more time there to play.)
