I asked this because I was truly curious. I brush, then floss, but my husband does them in the opposite order. I asked my dentist about it once, and he said the order didn't matter as long as you did both.
I probably floss WAY more than I brush. I keep flossers at my computer, and use them often. My teeth are shifting, so more stuff gets caught between my teeth. I don't go out every day, so I don't brush WELL every day. I also limit my use of toothpaste, as the fluoride is REALLY bad for me.
I prefer to use nature's dental floss

Best order from my dental hygienist is: Floss, Brush and then some kind of Oral Rinse.
Either brush then waterpik or floss, brush, waterpik
