Well, to be honest, I'm NOT exactly sure this model was intended to include the carrier. I just based the info on the instructions and the knowledge that SOME laminators require the usage of one to protect the item being laminated from unintended heat damage and to facilitate the sleeves progress through the laminator. If it came with one, it would look similar to a sleeve with a hinge on one end to allow the sleeve to be placed inside, but it should be roughly the max size of the laminator throat/input capacity and would be made of a different material that is less flexible and conducts the heat of the laminator but doesn't melt like a sleeve would with repeat use.

Regardless of whether it was supposed to be included, my laminator didn't even power on and was sent back for a refund.
