What is Tanga?
Tanga is the cool place to come to find incredible deals on all sorts of cool, geeky stuff. Every morning at 7:00 AM PST (10:00 AM EST) we will launch one incredible deal to the eagerly awaiting public. Sometimes the deals are too good to be true! So bookmark us, remember our name (TANGA, TANGA, TANGA) and be sure to check back every night for the Deal of the Day. But remember, our products are Here Today, Gone Tomorrow so if you snooze, you lose.
Why is your deal only available for 24 hours?
Because 24 hours is a full day.
I don’t like the product that I purchased and want to return it!
Our business model is to offer the best prices on everything we sell, every night. We don’t make large profits, so we can’t offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturer defects or shipping damage that is evident when you receive your product. If your product is defective, or damaged in shipment, we will pay for return shipping and issue a prompt refund, or a replacement if one is available. Your choice!
Where can I get warranty/technical support for my product?
The first thing you should do with these types of issues is contact the manufacturer for any support related questions or warranty issues. You can also visit the blog and ask questions to other users regarding your product. If all else fails, you can contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Because we sell out of most of our products, we may not have a replacement product for you so please expect to receive a refund.
I want to change the quantity of products ordered.
The best way to do this is to cancel your order on the “My Account” page, and place a new order. Do it quickly though! Once your order is processed for shipping, it will not be possible to accept cancellations. Orders are processed for shipping every day, usually in the early afternoon.
When do you charge my credit card?
When you make a purchase, we get an authorization from your bank to charge your card. We charge your card only when we print your shipping labels.
What if I want to buy something that you had for sale in the past?
Sorry, see the section “What is Tanga” above â with the emphasis on the “If you snooze, you lose” part. And then bookmark us and visit us every day to see what we have to offer.
I tried to purchase a product and by the time I went in to order, it was already sold out! Why?
First of all, life’s hard and sometimes it just isn’t fair! Second, if you sign up for a Tanga account, you can have all of your information stored into our system so all you need to do is click a couple of times to order, which greatly increases your chances to score.
How many products can I buy a day?
Well this all depends on what the product is, how good of a deal we are offering and how many we are able to secure. Sometimes we will only let you buy one product, other times it may be ten! We’re crazy like that.
What is a Tangathon? It looks cool!
A Tangathon is when we decide to lose 2-3 days worth of sleep and sell items one after the other. When you see the “Almost Sold Out” button appear on the screen, you know that the next item will be for sale soon. Keep hitting the site during a Tangathon because you never know what kind of deal will be available next!
What is Daily Fun all about?
We want internet users everywhere to have a place to go to waste their employerâs time, get away from the chaos, and find a release from the drudgery of every day life playing Stratego. So we have invented the âDaily Funâ site which will be plum full of challenging and entertaining puzzles, cartoons, games, contests, videos and anything else that we find fun! And yes, you will still get Tanga Points for participating but you have to visit the Daily Fun and participate in whatever we are doing that day to receive Tanga Points. What are Tanga Points and how do we use them?
Tanga Points are a form of currency that can be used for a variety of activities that will be announced in the next few weeks. We will also be adding additional fun things to do with your Tanga Points to our site randomly throughout the year. This may include blind auctions for really cool products, registering for Super Tanga User status, buying Tanga Trash, performing the Macarena or other cool and zany things.
How does shipping work?
Shipping works because large companies have big trucks and airplanes and lots of people to deliver packages. Right now, we currently use Fedex Ground to ship all of our packages. Shipping generally occurs 7-10 business days after we get your order but a lot of times it happens much sooner! Once we ship your product, you will receive a Fedex Tracking Number in your My Account area of our web site.

Well the easiest way is to bookmark the web site in your favorite web browser, subscribe to our RSS feed or have us email or text you nightly with our newest deals. In doing these activities, they accumulate Tanga Points which can be used to purchase special products in the very near future. Super Tanga Users will also be able to have access to special mid-day product releases on the Tanga site that the public at large will not have access to. When you see the STU logo on the top of the page, that means all STUs can buy that product! Yeah, we love you guys!
