This package arrived in its normal fast manner. I opened it up and found the product intact but with no instructions. Since this was my first time using it, I was a little skeptical on how black charcoal could clean my teeth. I finally found something on the net that helped but first-time users really need to read some instructions prior to use. You could really mess up and stain some stuff. The jury is still out but we'll see.
