Well I did get it to work after installing new batteries, but it's an older model, doesn't appear to have a time function, just steps .

I got this yesterday. Opened envelope and this product had no packaging or instructions. Could not get it to turn on. Went online and found users manual. It is supposed to turn on and be ready to pair up with phone or tablet. There are no special instructions to turn it on except to press the only button on the band. DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I am waiting for return label so i can send it back and get a refund. This refund process will determine if I ever order another product from this company again.

It came in an envelope with no shipping form, no instructions etc. Just the item in a plastic baggie in an envelope. Did research on my own to find the instructions for use and got it set up. But it doesn't work correctly. I walked from my home office to the kitchen (approx 30 feet) and it said I had walked 2,500 steps! I wish. I will be sending this back.
