Update: I am adding another star. Their customer service has contacted me to try to resolve my issues and provided excellent support. I don't really have an issue with the product itself, just my use of it exceeds what it can do.The construction is pretty good and it fits my 9" tablet just fine, but it cannot hold the weight of the tablet. The arm slowly lowers until it touches a surface. I'm sure it would work better with a phone or smaller tablet, but if you have an older or larger tablet, be aware it won't stay where you put it for long.

The stand works very well with both of my iphone and ipad air. It is strong and sturdy. I gave it a four star because it did take some force to adjust the angle of the steel and be careful when it is close to the plastic piece. Overall very happy with the purchase. I got one for every member in my family.

This product definitely gets the job done but as far as wobbling and stability goes it’s not great. I use it on a daily basis because I do not have another way of holding my device for filming, But it is becoming increasingly annoying to have my camera constantly shaking. It shakes more than a built-in stability in the camera can fix.

I look like an idiot trying to wrangle this thing into shape from the cramped confines of a plane seat, but it sure does make watching movies on a long flight more than bearable. This thing is so incredibly stiff and hard to get into the ideal shape. I suppose that makes it sturdy, but setup usability suffers. Regardless, it's the best, relatively compact solution I've found for getting a tablet right where you want it. Be ready for half of the people on the plane thinking you're an idiot, and the other half thinking you're a genius.

I received holder in a timely manner. I play bass, keys, some piano, and some drums on the worship team at our church. I also run pads and help the sound techs. I was able to mount it on my laptop stand where I run the pads. It has made it easier with the tablet right next to the laptop because the tablet has the app with our sound board on it. So far I'm happy with it.

I quite like this holder but it may not be best suited for the 10" tablet for which I want to use it. Although the tablet fits, the goose neck tends to bend a little under its weight and I'm also concerned about the strain it places on the clamping mechanism. I don't know how durable it will turn out to be. To be fair, however, it's held up so far.

I bought this for my iPad Pro 10.5 and to my surprise it fits. I have a bulky case and It still worked with this product. So far this product seems good. I have noticed that the white spring part is very hard though. It feels almost metal like if I want to adjust the curves. I also noticed that the clamps have white cushion on them and it almost fell or minutes after receiving it. Other than that, good product!

It does exactly what is is supposed to but the clamp durability could be an issue, I can't entirely blame the product as I can be a bull in a china shop and possibly overtightened the base but it is hard to tell when it is clamped tightly enough to not slip when adjusting. For $11.00 this is a darn good mounting option though. Just take care when tightening the clamp at the base.

It works okay for 12 bucks. Our tablet is almost too heavy for it and the screw clamp it made of plastic while the rigid arm makes it easy to pull the entire thing off if you don't hold the arm at the base while trying to adjust it. The seller sent an email to make sure we got it in a timely manner. Great customer service and again, for 12 dollars is not bad.

The product does what it says it would do my only concern it that I couldn’t use it if the iPad was in a case. My daughter uses it for school and she is five. She can’t put the iPad on and off without my assistance.
