It works well...but I only fill my meds once a week and I have found it isn't the easiest to take the pill holders in and out so I end up stacking them outside the holder.

I've been using 2 bead/craft trays for my pills. But they are wearing out. I bought this hoping I could make it work, thinking all of Amazon's products were returnable if it didn't work. It is so small, one slot wouldn't hold 4 of my vitamins. So I was surprised when i tried to return it & up popped the notice telling me it was a nonreturnable product. Additionally I need something w/ 4slots per day, not 7. But that wasn't product's fault, hence the 2 stars.

Would have been nice if I didn't open the package and one of the pill boxes had a crack on the top. You can't return it to get another, so you have to use it. Hopefully it doesn't break while cracked.

I have been using this daily for about 6 months and it is on it's last legs. I like the idea and the design, it fit nicely in my cabinet, but the plastic is the most delicate, brittle material in existence. First, the slide-off covers cracked. Then they started to chip, to the point where I can only put pills in the center two sections because that's the only place with a lid intact enough to hold the pills. Then the organizer tower itself came apart-- the top portion just popped off.

The description of this product is wrong. It says that it”for storing huge lot of pills & vitamins of all sizes and shapes”. That a load of bunk. It has a place for 4 different times per day. I have to use all the compartments for 2 does per day. And then I have to configure each one to fit my vitamins in where it will close. Also. I tried to return it but AMAZON says it’s in a grouping of products that are non- returnable. No warning about that in the description. Bad product, unusually bad customer service.

I like the idea of this product, but two things I don't like. Each compartment you have to open to fill, that's a lot for one week, let alone multiple weeks. The plastic is solid, so you can't easily see if you've taken a pill.

It is much smaller than it looks. The tray does not slided easily. My mom couldn't do it. You have to transfer the trays daily. Not set up well like it looks.

BEWARE - ITEM NOT RETURNABLE!!! Even if damaged from manufacturer. On Friday the small pill I take in the morning may slide out if I'm not paying attention. This would be something nice to use at home or for a long trip (more than 30 days). I like the idea of having each day of the week broken up.

The concept is really good and I loved the way it looked. However, it fell apart very quickly. The clear part that slides over the top of each day has broken on all 7 days. I've had to tape them together and that's also falling apart.

If you take a lot of pillls or supplements this is not for you. It only fit 2 capsules in each container. I wish it was bigger. The mechanism and easy of use is awesome and great
