Bought this expecting used but decent condition. Exterior was scratched, dented and screen didn't work. At least Tanga gave me a refund once I shipped it back.

The worst online shopping I have ever had! This is what Tanga says " As a small company (40 of us total), we aim to treat you like family!" However, this is what I experienced in reality with Tanga! I ordered a Refurbished Grade C MacBook Air. I got it after a week. It was not too bad until here! I was not expected to get something like brand new but what I got was in really bad condition. It has a lots of cracks and scratches everywhere especially in the screen. Return policy says you can return within 15 days. I tried to call Tanga but no one answered. The answering machine asked to leave a message and I did. No one respond and no one called me back. I sent so many text messages but no result! I chatted online with Cole and he said it looks Alyssa will respond to you, but no respond! I sent an email to Tanga support, but, still no results! Today is my seventh days and I just want to try again here. I hope to find a responsible person in Tanga as a family member !!
