Purchased one refurbished about a year ago and did not use it very much. Used some limited but free cell service Only complaint to make you aware of is that it does not come with a native dialer. This can be overcome by loading an app with a dialer: Google Voice, Wattsapp.... I used several, but mainly an Extension available from my Voiply account, a land-line service using VOIP. Took it to France and installed a local SIM to get cell service. Tablet worked there just fine for calling and GPS and maps on the go. Good display and sound.

Got it delivered very quickly.. item in nice condition.. if you're a tinkerer like me, it has limitations.. I've spent the last 3-4 days trying to load custom recovery on the tablet to upgrade from Android 7.1.1 .. No luck.. seems on the internet, others have been successful.. Not sure if item is defective that would not allow me to load TWRP recovery. Been frustrating.. Had higher hopes to use this as a more up to date 'every day carry' bum around tablet. If you gonna use it out of the box, it works fine.. a bit slow due to it's age and specs..
