These are the best pans ever! Cooked eggs, no oil. Cooked pancakes, no oil. Pans practically clean themselves! We will be buying several more, different sizes. I like that they are steel and not aluminum. And no Teflon coating! The care instructions state that you can use metal utensils while cooking in them but we have decided we don't want to take any chances because we love these pans so much!
