My previous weight belt was always popping open during strenuous moves - the velcro just would not hold. This belt has a great locking system and it stays put. In addition, it is very attractive. The value is great! If you look on Amazon, you will find belts that look exactly like this one for more than twice the price. Shipping was free and fast. If you need a weight lifting belt, don't waste your time looking elsewhere!

This belt is a good thickness and feels very sturdy. It feels supportive as I am working out. I have not had any issues with it and I think it is a great value for the price.

For the price, quite surprised of how sturdy it felt when deadlifting and doing squats. It does feel quite comfortable when I put it on. Have used it quite often since I got it, so hasn’t been long enough so not sure how durable it will be. So far, would recommend for those looking for a belt without the big price.
