I was hesitant to buy a refurbished computer. I didn't want to find out there was child porn or any other unlawful things on it. A friend of mine assured me if there were these offensive materials on the computer, it wouldn't be resold or there would be a time stamp to prove I'm not a criminal. Plus, I have no issues buying scratch and dent washers or dryers, or even a used car. So, I figured I would try it for the price. My laptop died of corruption on me and all my money was tied up. I don't regret it at all! It had all the same features and speeds as my laptop, but it's so much faster! They offer help with set up and if you come across any problems, but it was basically plug-and-play. I didn't get the one with the monitor because I had a spare TV I was able to use. You can even hook up a second monitor if you want. This computer is great if you have a home office, work from home, or for teen's bedrooms. I would buy again, instead of new!
