I was a bit skeptical, but this model had a good review in Consumer Reports, and the "price was right" for a reconditioned model. Let it vacuum the main part of the house, and then when it was finished, I re vacuumed the house and found very little "missed" dirt (and likely most came from areas where the RoboVac couldn't fit (ie under some side tables and chairs). Unit was sold as reconditioned, but looked brand new when I unpacked it.

We live in a 400 square foot house & for months I've been wanting a robot vacuum because when you live in a tiny space every square inch gets used & therefore gets dirty. I simply cannot manually vacuum every single day.We also (& this is where you're going to lose faith in me but hang tight cause this is a testament to this vacuum's awesomeness)... ahem, we also have 2 rabbits who get hay & fur everywhere, a cat who also gets fur everywhere, & a bird. So there are many requirements of a vacuum in our house & this vacuum CRUSHES it. I have it set to automatically run every day before I get home so the house is nice & clean. It picks up most hay pieces, tons of fur, bird food, cat litter, & of course dirt. Y'all I cannot BELIEVE how much this thing picks up every day. Honestly its disturbing & embarrassing. I do empty the bin & dust out the filters every day because I have to but it sure beats being the one vacuuming.I also have a short ritual every morning where I pick up any cords on the ground & the bathroom rug or anything else that might have ended up on the floor the night before that the vacuum wont like but it takes less than 2 minutes & it's worth it. We do have area rugs (tile flooring) & it glides on & off them just fine, the bathroom rug just slips around really easy so I pick it up & hang it over the shower curtain rod. I love the job this thing does & the convenience of it. I'd buy 5 more if my house was big enough. I'm addicted.

The product arrived promptly, had all attachments included and even the remote control was loaded with batteries so I could immediately start using the vac. Heard many great reviews both online and with friends who have bought this model....and the price was right!

Wow!!! I never thought I could like a product so much. This is one of my favorite purchases of all time. I was not expecting to be so pleased with this magical device. The Eufy exceeded our expectations big time! This little guy comes out of his little home every day and put in a full 2 hours of cleaning our floors. We have cats, so there is always some hair to vacuum up, but the Eufy comes back with a belly full everyday. The floor looks clean, but he manages to find a big ol mess of dirt and hair everyday. We had an issue with one of the side brush motors after the first month so I reported it to the Anker Customer Service support team. Cecilia made a few suggestions to correct the issue, but she ended up sending us a brand new unit!!! The new bot works even better than the first one After I corrected a few obstacles that he got hung up on, the little digger is back to working non stop for 2 hours each day before he goes back to his home to charge and get ready for the next day (the only obstacles were a couple cords under the beds and couch, and a small transition spot between the hard floor and the carpeting) I cannot say enough about how awesome the Eufy 11s and the Anker support team is!!!

I had a Roomba robot vacuum for 3 years, I hated it!! I have used Eufy more in the month that I have had it than I ever ran my Roomba! This vacuum is amazing! It gets the every day dirt off my floor, we have a golden retriever and it is amazing at picking up her fur. I haven’t had a problem with it getting stuck anywhere and it always finds home! I run it almost every day, i highly recommend this vacuum!

The first question I asked myself was, “Why have I not had this thing until now?” I’ve only used it for two days, so we’ll see how well it works in the long run, but I absolutely love it! It cleaned up all the little crumbs and dead bugs that were under the kitchen cabinet, dusted the floor that was under furniture that hadn’t been moved in probably years, and when the battery got low, it found it’s charging base and plugged itself back in. I haven’t used the auto time setting yet, so I can’t say anything about that feature.UPDATE: Still going pretty strong after a month of usage. It doesn’t quite clean as long as the description says it will. Closer to 60 minutes of clean timeThere was an incident where it over a spot that had some unravelled carpet...the strands got tangled up really badly, pulled some of the carpet off the floor, and I ended up having to replace one of the little fan brushes in the vacuum. It was an easy fix, just of kind of annoying.My only complaint is the noise. We usually have it going some time after supper when we’re watching TV or something, and the vacuum is almost too loud to ignore.Still highly recommend, and would definitely buy again.

Amazing vacuum. No robot vacuum is going to like cords or tassles. Otherwise, you just take it out of the box and push GO. Eufy has made heavy shedding, dander, and dirt from our dogs (and us!) on wood floors more manageable, and our house feel nicer! Amazed at how much hair and grime it removes. We have had this vacuum for about 6 months now and use it 3x a week or so. Easy to empty and clean.After a few months one set of spinners broke, but it comes with a spare and was easy to clip on a new one. I also think that was our fault for leaving our hassled rug out a few times when we first got the vacuum. We eventually replaced the rug because we love eufy that much!

We purchased this model in July 2019 (new) and liked it so much that we bought a second one in October 2020 (refurbished). The first one (new) has been steadily working with no issues. We use it on carpeted areas (bedrooms) on max suction and it's crazy how much dirt gets picked up. We use the second one (refurbished) every morning on standard suction in the common areas (living room, kitchen, dining room), which are bare floors. We have a german shepherd and the amount of fur this thing picks up makes me so glad we got it. I love not having to sweep every day!! We did run into an issue where we noticed the second one (refurbished) had become much louder than it was when we first received it. I contacted Eufy support and they sent me videos on how to take it apart to troubleshoot it. I followed the instructions but it didn't solve the loud noise issue, so Eufy support ended up sending us a replacement. They were very punctual and helpful! I have turned into a Eufy customer for life.

We have a cat and are in a high-dirt rural area, and very seldom vacuumed in the past. It took four or five sessions before we started seeing less than a packed-full dust bin, but he's persistent. You'll have to Eufy-proof your house -- watch for places where he gets stuck, and raise objects that are short enough he'll try to climb over, or put barriers where he'll try to get under. You'll figure out where these are during the first few uses. Also, you'll definitely need to gather up cords in dark places he can go but you can't -- like under the cedar chest, the bed, etc. When he gets tangled up in them, his rotating dust brushes will pop off and get left behind. Then it's like an Easter Egg hunt. But no damage is done, and they snap right back on again. He works really well on both bare floors and our Berber carpet. The remote control is definitely a plus (we're smartphone-phobic and didn't want to have to use a smartphone app instead. If you already are smartphone-addicted, look for a different model, the 11S has no smartphone capability.) This is our first robotic vacuum, so maybe we don't know how other brands/models work in comparison, but we love our Eufy 11S -- even the cat! A great first purchase at a great price, nothing "entry-level" about it.
