I was surprised at the quality of this watch. It very accurately records my blood pressure (I have confirmed that manually) and heart rate. It tracks my steps, mileage and calories burned. It is solid and attractive and was very easy to set up. This watch is an excellent value. I'm glad I purchased this instead of an expensive version.
