Was looking for some accessories my Blackstone griddle and came across this hood on Amazon. Figured it looked pretty cool and bought it on a whim. Installation was pretty simple and I love the industrial look. Great way to trap the heat and sear a perfect steak. There is a nifty little warming rack built in as well that's great for steaming vegetable and warming up food without burning it. Highly recommended.
