Works great to keep the doggies cooled off in the back seat. Not too loud.

I was worried about the price at first, but it is worth the money. My daughter would always sweat profusely anytime we’d drive anywhere and she no longer has that worry! It makes noise but it’s not obnoxious or annoying. It feels like the whole car gets colder and it can rotate any direction. Performs great and can attach different ways if you’re creative with it. Two settings, high or low.
